Supportassist cannot detect drivers and downloads

So I use the Dell os recovery tool app and download SupportAssist OS Recovery () and mount it on my usb key. I boot it, and I run the restore process. Its download the 1/10 file with success (and create a folder "osri" on the usb key with files inside) but the app can't download the 2/10 files and I got a message like this " we are.
